Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed through this site is ANAGNOSTOPOULOS AI AND SIA EE, a limited partnership registered in Greece (General Commercial Registry, G.E.MI., no. 181077901000), Aigaleo 12242, Greece. Contact: info@procuravista.com.

What we don’t collect

  • Nothing before you choose. Until you accept analytics, the site sets no cookies and sends nothing to Google or anyone else.
  • No advertising or social media. There are no advertising or social media scripts on this site.
  • The calculator stays in your browser. Prices, scores and names you enter in the scoring calculator are processed only in your browser. They aren’t sent to us or to anyone else, and they aren’t stored. Closing or reloading the page clears them.

What we do process

  • Emails you send us. If you write to us, we use your email address and message to reply and, where you report an error, to correct the site. We keep that correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it, and no longer than 12 months. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages and keeping the site accurate (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Server logs. Like any website, the hosting provider receives technical data such as IP addresses when pages are requested, so it can deliver and protect the site. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, California 94107, USA, which serves the site from its global network. For transfers of personal data to the United States, Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing addendum incorporates the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where they are needed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering this site and keeping it secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes these logs on our behalf. It does not publish a fixed retention period for them. Under its data processing addendum, it keeps them only as long as necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

  • Analytics, only if you accept. If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages are read and how people reach the site (for example from a search engine). Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which last up to two years, and your browser sends Google technical data such as your IP address, browser and the page you are on. We don’t use Google’s advertising features (Google signals is off), and we don’t let Google use the data for its own products and services. Google processes the data on our behalf under its data processing terms. Google Analytics keeps the data for two months. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your mind at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you decline afterwards, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect processing that happened before.

  • Your cookie choice. We remember whether you accepted or declined in your browser’s local storage, so the banner doesn’t come back on every page. It stays on your device and isn’t sent to us.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access your personal data and to have it corrected or erased. You can also restrict or object to its processing. Write to the contact address above. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where you live or work.

Changes

If we add advertising or any other processing, we will update this notice first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before anything is set on your device.
