These terms apply to ProcuraVista. By using this site you accept them. Who is behind the site, and how to reach us, is set out in the privacy notice.
Information, not legal advice
The guides explain EU procurement rules in general terms. They are not legal advice and donât take account of your circumstances or of national law, except where stated. Before acting on anything here in a live procedure, check the procurement documents and the applicable national rules. If a lot is at stake, take advice from a qualified lawyer.
Accuracy
We work from official sources and show when each guide was last checked (see how we check). Laws and case law change, though, and we can make mistakes. We donât guarantee that the site is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment. Please report errors. We list corrections openly.
The scoring calculator
The calculator does arithmetic on the formula and figures you enter. Its results are only as good as those inputs, and they depend on the formula, rounding and tie rules in the actual procurement documents. It doesnât judge whether a formula is lawful and canât predict what other bidders will offer. Donât rely on it as the only basis for a pricing decision.
Links to other sites
We link to official sources and other publications. Weâre not responsible for their content or availability.
Copyright
The text and the calculator on this site are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with a link to the page. Quotations from EU legislation and judgments are taken from official EU sources, which allow reuse.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, weâre not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information or calculator results on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that canât be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by Greek law. If you use the site as a consumer, this choice doesnât take away the protection you have under the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
